Some Interesting New Trademark Applications

Here are some, courtesy of TESS, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's Web site:

Coca-Cola has trademarked the term "There's goodness in every minute" for "dairy-based beverages; and soy-based food beverages used as milk substitutes." Coke has also tm'd "Every Ounce Counts." and the brand name "Fizzert."

Unilever has tm'd "Axe Ready," which is described as a hair conditioner and shampoo.

Burger King has tm'd the term "Kurger Bing," which is described in the Urban Dictionary as "Burger King when you are drunk."
